    Susan Adams was willing and enthusiastically accepted the challenge to market and sell a very unique property located within the Bonita Village area of San Diego County. She understood my concerns about confidentiality, no posted "for sale" signs, no "walk-ons", appointments only, "show me the money" etc because this property is a busy equestrian center with lots of people of all ages, expensive horses, etc. This was a very "controlled sale". Susan did a great job in making sure potential buyers had funding and/or loan commitments before stepping onto the property. Susan was on top of every aspect of the sale. If I was lagging on any of my responsibilities, such as septic system inspections, she was direct, polite, helpful, and made sure we covered all aspects of our responsibilities and did so on schedule. She explained all forms, what was needed, what we were waiting for, where the prospective buyer was in getting her responsibilities taken care of, etc. She did not waste my time, which was really important to me as a business owner. I would recommend Susan Adams because she will work hard to find the right property for her clients or sell their property as she did for me. She won't waste your time. She will listen and understand what her client wants, she will find properties that fit her client's needs, and she will make sure both the buying and selling prices are appropriate.
